I'm Sasha Quattlebaum, a REALTOR® with The Briley Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate. My academic journey at the University of Nebraska Omaha, where I minored in Real Estate Development, fortified my interest in real estate. The intricate details of building communities and shaping neighborhoods fascinated me, but it was my experience as an assistant to an established REALTOR® that truly made me fall in love with this field. Witnessing firsthand the transformative impact that homeownership could have on individuals and families, I realized the potential to effect significant change through this profession.

When I'm not navigating the real estate market, I find balance in outdoor adventures with my partner and our American Akita. I also have a passion for creating digital collage art and practicing daily yoga. These activities ground me, fostering a sense of peace that I carry into my professional life. I am a member of the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®, Nebraska REALTORS® Association, the Omaha chapter of Young Professionals Network, the Greater Omaha Chamber, and a founding member of the Lily Pad Collective, a femme focused business development group. I sit on the board of directors for Nebraska's Home Buyer's Assistance Foundation and hold a NIFA REALTOR® Specialist designation.

The process of successfully helping a client through a real estate transaction provides a feeling of profound satisfaction. I cherish the opportunity to make complex and emotionally charged decisions easier for my clients. Yet, the true marker of success for me is when I witness my clients thriving in their homes. Seeing their homes come together and witnessing their love for living there is a deeply rewarding experience that reminds me of the importance of my work.
