Charlie’s passion for real estate stems from his love of connecting people with their dream homes. With a background as an elementary school teacher for 7 years, he’s a skilled communicator who truly listens to the needs of his clients.

A graduate of Blair High School and Concordia University with a degree in elementary education, Charlie brings a unique blend of education and empathy to his role as a real estate professional. Outside of real estate, he enjoys staying active through running, cycling, and paddleboarding, but cherishes quality time with his family above all.

Charlie finds his greatest satisfaction when he helps clients achieve homeownership, and their post-move texts saying how much they love their new home let him know he’s succeeded.
